SPARSA - Exchange & Return Policy

At SPARSA, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our 3-day return and exchange policy (no questions asked) ensures a hassle-free process. Please read our policy guidelines below:

Returns & Refunds

✔ 3-Day Return Policy – You can return items within 3 days of delivery.
✔ Package Opening Video Required – In case of damaged items, a package opening video is mandatory for refund approval.
✔ Original Condition & Packaging – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
✔ Refund Process – Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
✔ Non-Refundable Charges – Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
✔ Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refund will be issued to your bank account (details to be provided).

✔ Damages & Losses During Return Shipping – SPARSA is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipping process.
✔ Customized or Personalized Items – These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
✔ Right to Deny Refund – If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Exchanges

✔ 3-Day Exchange Policy – You can exchange your product within 3 days of delivery.
✔ Exchange Charges: INR 150/- for reverse and forward shipping, to be prepaid before the exchange is shipped.

Return Charges

✔ INR 150/- for shipping and taxes. This amount will be deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Sale & High-Discount Items Policy

✔ No returns are applicable on items purchased during sale or on products offered at a discount of more than 50%.

✔ Exchange is allowed for such items, subject to availability, with additional shipping charges borne by the customer.
